My work is intuitive, grounded, and focused on restoring your range of motion, easing pain, and supporting your healing journey.

Outside the treatment room, you’ll find me soaking up the outdoors, tending to my garden, or exploring the beauty of nature. These moments keep me connected to what matters most — presence, peace, and purpose. But my greatest joy by far is being a mom to my incredible 5-year-old son. He’s my light, my laughter, and my daily reminder of why this work matters.
